Parliament consists of business owners, entreprenuers, freelancers and anyone committed to helping the Charleston region realize its full potential as a creative community. Parliament’s focus is to bring together the varied elements of the creative ecosystem, acting as ‘connective tissue’ to help engage, celebrate and nurture the creative community.
